Quotations are based on the information available at the site visit and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Acceptance
Work is scheduled once the quotation is accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been received.
Variations
Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be quoted separately and confirmed before the additional work begins.
Timescales
Start and completion dates are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by weather, ground conditions or material availability.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quotation. Final payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Workmanship and materials
Our workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated in your quotation. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials.
Site access and services
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable site access and for identifying the location of underground services where known.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works, except where a higher liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
